Beschluss: 

Der Förderveren UStA Kasse Karlsruhe e.V. soll in einen Förderverein der Studierendenschaft des Karlsruher Instituts für Technologie umgewandelt werden. Die Satzung soll an die Mustersatzung angepasst werden. Die bisherigen Fördermitglieder sollen reguläre Mitglieder werden. Der Mitgliedsbeitrag soll sich an der Höhe des (freiwilligen) Beitrags der Studierendenschaft orientieren. Es soll möglich sein, neben dem UStA auch Fachschaften, beim AStA registrierte Hochschulgruppen und Arbeitskreise der Studierendenschaft zu unterstützen (und zukünftig natürlich die Studierendenschaft). Über die Verwendung der Mittel soll die Mitgliederversammlung im Einvernehmen mit dem Studierendenparlament entscheiden. Der Vorstand soll aus dem Vorsitzenden, dem Schatzmeister und zwei weiteren Vorstandsmitgliedern bestehen. Bei Vorsitzendem und Schatzmeister soll es sich um Personen, die sich um die Studierendenschaft verdient gemacht haben, bei den weiteren Vorstandsmitgliedern um aktive Mitglieder der studentischen Selbstverwaltung handeln. Satzungsänderungen sollen der Zustimmung des Studierendenparlaments bedürfen.
