Eckpunkte der Organisationssatzung

Das Studierendenparlament beschließt die folgenden Eckpunkte für die zu erarbeitende Organisationssatzung:

  • Die Amtsperiode des Studierendenparlaments und der Fachschaftsvorstände entspricht dem akademischen Jahr.
  • Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr.
  • Der Vorstand gliedert sich in Referate (analog U-Modell-Satzung).
  • Von der Referatsstruktur kann abgewichen werden (wie bisher).
  • Regelungen zu autonomen Referaten werden in gesonderten Satzungen getroffen.
  • Es gibt einen erweiterten Vorstand (Ersatz für hinzugezogene Referenten).
  • Die Mitglieder des erweiterten Vorstands sind dem Vorstand rechenschaftspflichtig.
  • Die Mitglieder des erweiterten Vorstands werden vom Vorstand gewählt und vom Studierendenparlament bestätigt.
