Vegetarisches Essen in der Mensa

Seit dem Sommersemester 2003 wurde die mittlere Anzahl der vegetarischen Gerichte in der Mensa reduziert.

Dieser Zustand ist nicht aktzeptabel. Das StuPa hält es für notwendig, dass täglich zwei oder mehr vegetarische Gerichte angeboten werden.

Begründung: 

Es ist allgemein bekannt, dass die Gesundheit durch täglichen Fleischkonsum negativ beeinflusst wird. Es muss daher ein ausreichendes Angebot für eine ausgewogene Ernährung gegeben sein.

Auch für gesundheitlich oder religiös motivierte Vegetarier ist eine Auswahl zwischen mehreren fleischlosen Gerichten notwendig.

Vegetarisch essen kann jeder - Fleisch hingegen nicht.
