Beschluss: 

Das Studierendenparlament möge beschließen, den Vorstand aufzufordern eine Übertragungsrichtlinie wie vorliegend noch bis zur ersten Haushaltsdebatte am 10.02.26 zu beschließen.

Begründung: 

Für die Jahresrechnung und die Arbeit der Fachschaften ist es notwendig, über die Überträge aus den Teilhaushalten vom vergangenen zum kommenden Haushaltsjahr zu entscheiden, dies wird vom Vorstand beim Beschluss der Jahresrechnung durchgeführt. Um zukünftigen Vorständen und Finanzteams, sowie den Fachschaften, mehr Sicherheit und Planbarkeit zu geben, kann der Vorstand eine Übertragungsrichtlinie beschließen. Diese soll insbesondere die Übertragung von Investitionsmitteln (Hauptgruppe 8) im Haushaltsplan erleichtern.
