Bandbudget UStA-Winterfest 2012

Der UStA beantragt für das Uni-Winterfest 2012 einen Vorschuss von  3.500 Euro für das Bandbooking. Diese Ausgaben werden im Haushaltsplan  des Uni-Winterfests 2012 berücksichtigt. 

Begründung: 

Bei den letzten Festen hat sich gezeigt, dass es zu Problemen kommen  kann, wenn man einen Künstler erst zwei Monate vor dem Unifest vertraglich bindet. So können mündliche Absprachen fixiert werden, um Planungssicherheit zu erhalten. Beim aktuellen Fest hat ein Booker seine Zusage spontan nicht eingehalten, wodurch eine  vielversprechende Band wegfiel. Als Grund wurde eine lukrativere Veranstaltung angeführt. Für die Bandbooker des Unifest-Komitees ist das Budget also notwendig, um verlässliche Zusagen möglichst früh bekommen zu können.
