Werbung auf dem Unifest

Abstimmungsergebnis nicht mehr bekannt

Der Beschluss vom ??? bezüglich der Werbung auf dem Unifest (sinngemäß: Werbung ist verboten, außer es handelt sich um Werbung der Firma Hoepfner oder CityLightContact) ist aufzuheben.

Stattdessen tritt folgender Beschluss in Kraft:

Das Unifest hat einen grundsätzlich nichtkommerziellen Charakter. Es ist generell möglich, für das Unifest mit Firmen zusammenzuarbeiten, die als Gegenleistung Werbung erhalten möchten.

Dies ist wie folgt einzuschränken:

  1. Es darf zu keiner inhaltlichen Beeinflussung des Unifestes kommen.
  2. Kommerzielle Promotingstände sind generell untersagt. Als Ausnahme werden die Merchadisingstände der Bands zugelassen.
  3. Banner an Bühnen und im Publikumsbereichsind untersagt, außer es handelt sich um Banner von Bands während ihrer Vorstellung.

Weiterhin ist es als selbstverständlich anzusehen, dass in jedem Fall eine Einzelfallentscheidung von FestKo und UStA herbeigeführt werden muss.

Mit dem Bierlieferanten und der Firma CityLightContact wird verfahren wie bisher.

Sollte aus diesen Richtlinien eine Entscheidung nicht direkt ersichtlich sein, dann entscheidet der UStA im Benehmen mit dem FestKo.
