Das Studierendenparlament stimmt der Nutzung von 5000 € aus dem AStA Budget zur Sanierung und Umwandlung des Alten Rasens in einen Hartplatz vorbehaltlich der unten stehenden Einschränkungen zu. Es sollen die Überschüsse aus dem letzten Haushaltsjahr verwendet werden. Vor der Verwendung der Mittel muss der UStA das Einvernehmen mit der Fachschaftenkonferenz herstellen. Der UStA verhandelt mit dem Hochschulsport die weiteren Details der Platznutzung und Baumaßnahmen. Die daraus folgende schriftliche Vereinbarung muss vor Auszahlung der AStA Mittel durch das Studierendenparlament ratifiziert werden.
