Beschluss zur Durchführung des Studiengebührenboykotts

Antrag des UStA:

Das Studierendenparlament möge beschließen:

dass der UStA den Studiengebührenboykott so durchführt, wie die Vollversammlung diesen beschlossen hat, unabhängig von der Beschlussfähigkeit der Vollversammlung. Der Boykott kann nur dann stattfinden, wenn die rechtlichen Umstände geklärt sind und die Rechtssicherheit der Durchführung gewährleistet werden kann.

Anhang: Beschluss der Vollversammlung

Die Studierendenschaft der Universität Karlsruhe lehnt Studiengebühren ab. Der UStA wird beauftragt, ein Treuhandkonto einzurichten. Die Studierenden werden aufgerufen, die Studiengebühren und den Semesterbeitrag in Höhe von insgesamt 600 Euro ausschließlich auf dieses Konto einzuzahlen; Der Semesterbeitrag in Höhe von 100 Euro wird vom UStA fristgerecht an die Universität weitergeleitet.

Wenn:

a) an der Universität Karlsruhe mindestens 4.500 StudentInnen (ca. 25% aller Studierenden) auf das Treuhandkonto einzahlen

oder

b) an der Universität Karlsruhe mindestens 3600 StudentInnen (ca. 20% aller Studierenden) auf das Konto einzahlen und mindestens zwei weitere Hochschulen mit jeweils mindestens 3000 immatrikulierten Studierenden ihr Boykottquorum erreichen,

dann wird das Geld nicht an die Unikasse überwiesen, sondern den Studierenden zurückerstattet. Der UStA ist dann beauftragt, mit dem Land Verhandlungen aufzunehmen, mit dem Ziel, die Studiengebühren abzuschaffen. Über die Annahme des Verhandlungsergebnisses wird eine weitere Vollversammlung entscheiden. Wird dieses Quorum hingegen nicht erreicht, wird das Geld fristgerecht an die Unikasse überwiesen, so dass alle StudentInnen, die sich bis dahin am Protest beteiligt haben, zurückgemeldet sind.
