Beschluss: 

Senatssitzungen müssen grundsätzlich öffentlich sein, solange die Öffentlichkeit nicht per Gesetz ausgeschlossen ist.

Begründung: Stets öffentliche Senatssitzungen sorgen für die notwendige Transparenz, die ein demokratisch verfasstes Gremium braucht. Nur auf diese Weise ist es den Mitgliedern des KIT möglich, das Verhalten ihrer gewählten Vertreter nachzuvollziehen und entsprechende Schlüsse daraus zu ziehen.
