Die Studierendenschaft des KIT spricht sich für eine teilweise mittelfristige Vergabe der Qualitätssicherungsmittel am KIT über mehrere Jahre aus. Um die Flexibilität zu bewahren, sollen jedoch maximal 30% der Mittel mittelfristig vergeben werden.

Begründung: 
Insbesondere in Fragen der Personalentwicklung ist Plansicherheit für den Einzelnen oder die Einzelne essentiell, um prekäre Arbeitsverhältnisse zu vermeiden. Insbesondere erwartet die Studierendenschaft durch eine mittelfristige Personalpolitik eine höhere Motivation der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.
