Das Studierendenparlament möge beschließen:

  • Ändere §4, Absatz 1 wie folgt:
    Streiche in 1.: „Jedes Mitglied des Studierendenparlaments ist verpflichtet, an jeder Sitzung teilzunehmen. Entschuldigungen sind beim Präsidium innerhalb von zwei Wochen nach der Sitzungschriftlich einzureichen.“
    Neu: „Jedes Mitglied des Studierendenparlaments ist verpflichtet, an jeder Sitzung teilzunehmen. Entschuldigungen müssen vor der Sitzung bei der Präsidentin/dem Präsidenten in Textform eingereicht werden.“
  • Ändere §1, Absatz 2 wie folgt:
    Bisher: „Während der Vorlesungszeit ist mit einer Frist von drei Vorlesungstagen im Sinne von §54 der Satzung einzuladen. In der vorlesungsfreien Zeit ist mit einer Frist von sieben Tagen einzuladen...“
    Neu: „Während der Vorlesungszeit ist mit einer Frist von drei Tagen, einzuladen. In der vorlesungsfreien Zeit ist mit einer Frist von sieben Tagen einzuladen...“
  • Füge hinzu §1, Absatz 5 wie folgt:
    Neu: „Der Präsident/die Präsidentin kann die Einladung bis zu 24 Stunden vor Sitzungsbeginn zurückziehen, falls sich mehr als die Hälfte der Mitglieder des Studierendenparlaments gem. §4 Absatz 1 entschuldigt haben“
