Unbefristete Ausschreibung Protokollassistenz

Beschluss: 

Das Studierendenparlament beschließt, die Stelle der Protokollassistenz (Nummer 2.10 im Stellenplan) entgegen der Anmerkung des Nachtragshaushalts vom 09.09.25 als ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis auszuschreiben. Die Evaluation der Stelle soll weiterhin zu geeignetem Zeitpunkt erfolgen.

Begründung: 

Die Idee des Nachtragshaushalts war, die Stelle von Oktober bis Februar zu besetzen, um dann während der Haushaltsdebatte die Sinnhaftigkeit der Stelle evaluieren zu können. Wegen mangelnder Kapazitäten wurde die Stelle bisher jedoch nicht ausgeschrieben. Wir erwarten jetzt im Februar eine Besetzung der Stelle, eine Evaluation zum Haushaltsplan ist also schwierig. Folglich müssen wir im Haushaltsplan entsprechende Mittel für eine ganzjährige Anstellung einplanen.
Da sich auf befristete Stellenausschreibung deutlich weniger Menschen bewerben, als auf unbefristete und wir sowieso Geld für eine ganzjährige Anstellung einplanen müssen, würden wir gerne unbefristet ausschreiben. Eine Evaluation nach 6 Monaten ist weiterhin sinnvoll und sollte diese dazu führen, dass man die
Stelle nicht weiter finanziert werden, kann man die Person mit entsprechendem Vorlauf trotzdem kündigen.
