Stud. Kulturzentrum
Viele Theaterveranstaltungen werden geplant.
Ich habe erneut darauf hingewiesen, dass Kulturgruppen geförderte Instrumente, Werkzeuge etc. zum Verleih bereitstellen.
Festsaal wieder voll ausgelastet wie vor Corona. Festaal Küche wurde reonviert, Maske wird noch renoviert.

Umbau der Mensa beginnt bald. (Decke im Großen Saal)
Z10 auf der Suche nach Nachwuchs
Diverse Anträge genehmigt.

Das KIT besorgt uns Wasserspender.

Räumlichkeiten

Die Besichtigung war. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ziemlich abgeranzt. Außerdem sind sie nicht barrierefrei, direkt darüber wohnen Leute. Außerdem ist da wohl n Anwohner, der ziemlich schwierig zu sein scheint. Es ist außerdem nicht schalldicht.

Filmaufführung im Unikino im Rahmen des AStA-Jubiläums

Abstimmung: Der Vorstand gibt 300 € für die Aufführung des Films „Fight Club“ im Unikino am 04.05.2023 frei.

HSGn LHG & Pioniergarage

Felix Effler

Pioniergarage (200 €) und LHG-Landesverband (400 €) tragen jeweils einen Teil. Kosten: Raumkosten (675 € IHK), Kosten für Technik (280 €), Bewirtung (180 €) Einnahmen durch Kuchenverkauf (120 €)

Abstimmung: Der Vorstand gibt 200 € an Zuschüssen für die Veranstaltung „Von der Uni ins Start-Up“ am 31. Januar 2023 für die HSGn LHG und Pioniergarage frei.

Der Beratungsbereich wurde ein bisschen angepasst, die Stunden gehen von 20 auf 25 Stunden. An und Klaus kümmern sich gemeinsam um die Nachbesetzung.

Abstimmung: Der Vorstand beschließt, mit Beschäftigungsbeginn Juni eine Stelle für die Sozialberatung mit 25 Monatsstunden nach der vorliegenden Stellenausschreibung auszuschreiben.
